From the horse’s mouth itself, “I have dabbled with drugs.” However, she has time and again relapsed on drugs. There was even a time in her life when shaved her head to hide the evidence of her amphetamine addiction.
Once the most adorable child-star in the movie “The Parent Trap”, the movie star lost control of her life since then including cocaine and alcohol abuse, DUI arrests, jail time and multiple stints in rehab.
In her words itself. “I lived fast and I was going to die young. I didn’t think I would make it to 21.” Although this strong woman has turned her life around and is no sober since 5 years.
7. Johnny Depp
He got dependent on alcohol plainly due to his claim to fame. It’s said it was because he was unable to speak at ceremonies without the help of alcohol.
Her barbiturate overdose was allegedly a suicide attempt. The incident strongly reflects on her tumultuous problems in her personal life.
The beautiful and talented actress Brittany Murphy died in 2009. The secondary cause of this movie star’s death was none other than multiple drug intoxication.
The Spider-Man actress, Kirsten Dunst was caught red handed with drugs. She was later checked in and out of rehab for alcohol and drug abuse.
There are a lot of things that can help with drug abuse, but the individual must be willing to accept it. If in early stages it can be dealt with without the rehab. Meditation or yoga can be very helpful and so is clean eating and positive thinking.
