1.Hilary Duff!

The former Disney star that turned into an acting and singing power house took to Instagram to give a very powerful message for bodyshammers. She said, “I am posting this on behalf of young girls, women, and mothers of all ages. I’m enjoying a vacation with my son after a long season of shooting and being away from him for weeks at a time over those months. Since websites and magazines love to share ‘celeb flaws’ – well I have them! My body has given me the greatest gift of my life: Luca, 5 years ago. I’m turning 30 in September and my body is healthy and gets me where I need to go. Ladies, let’s be proud of what we’ve got and stopped wasting precious time in the day wishing we were different, better, and unflawed. You guys (you know who you are!) already know how to ruin a good time, and now you are body shamers as well.#kissmyass 😛✌🏻”

2. Selena Gomez.

I love being happy with me yall #theresmoretolove 😂

When this Disney star and singing powerhouse was picked on by an utterly rubbish troll, talking about her apparent weight-gain, instead of letting go on talking more nonsense she decided to stop it once and for all. She shared a picture of herself in a gorgeous bikini and shared a very positive message of being content with oneself saying,  “I love being happy with me yall #theresmoretolove”.

3. Lady Gaga.

It was very annoying for the fans worldwide when Gaga gave the performance of her lifetime and was stilled picked up by these jobless trollers. She decided to not stoop to their level and shared a very positive message on her Instagram. It said, “I heard my body is a topic of conversation so I wanted to say, I’m proud of my body and you should be proud of yours too. No matter who you are or what you do. I could give you a million reasons why you don’t need to cater to anyone or anything to succeed. Be you, and be relentlessly you. That’s the stuff of champions. thank you so much, everyone for supporting me. I love you guys. Xoxo, gaga”.

4. Jennifer Lawrence.

5 Times these celebrities these shut down bodyshammers!

The Oscar-winning actress horrified fans when she revealed that someone in the industry once called her fat.Speaking in an interview she said: “They brought in pictures of me where I was basically naked, and told me to use them as motivation for my diet.”

But J-Law has promised her fans that, “If anybody even tries to whisper the word “diet”, I’m like, “You can go fuck yourself.”‘

5. Kate Winslet.

The Titanic star used her high-profile status as a platform to speak out against bullying and body-shaming. She revealed that all the taunts she experienced in her childhood and at the age of being a young actress just made her stronger and even more ambitious.

She said, “I had been bullied at school. They teased me for wanting to act. Locked me in the cupboard. Laughed at me… I wasn’t the prettiest. I was even told that I might be lucky in my acting if I was happy to settle for the fat-girl parts. [Casting agents] would say, ‘You’re just not what we’re looking for Kate. I fought back. I had to ignore the negative comments. I had to believe in myself. I had to choose to rise above it all, and I had to work hard. You have to be indestructible to do what you love, and believe that you are worth it. And sometimes that’s the hardest part… You are being your best and you own that. Nobody can take that away from you ever.”
