Akshay Kumar launched the remixed version of Cheez Badi Hai Mast Mast from Machinealong with Abbas-Mustan and the cast of the film. He seemed to be in a great mood and even shared fond memories about the time he shot for the song. It was really interesting to see him recall those days.
In fact, he even took this opportunity to share a valuable message for the young actors in the industry and it’s regarding alcohol.
Akshay Kumar was asked what would he like to advise young actors and the actor said, “My advice to the gen-next stars is to be producer’s actors. It is important because if the producer is alive, then you will be alive. It is important that you come on time. You should work properly.
Finish your films on time. I also remember a big advice by Pramod Chakravorty sir. So, at that time there were no mobile phones, we used to call from the hotel room and the bill was paid by the producer.
But I still remember he told me that never let the producer pay that bill. So now I will tell the youngsters that if you drink alcohol, don’t give the bill to the producer because you are responsible for it. Only lodging and boarding is their responsibility.”
Coming back to the new song Cheez badi hai mast mast, Akshay remembered what it was like shooting for the song. He said, “I still remember the first time I saw the song, the memory is still fresh. It was a unique song for me, which changed my career and got me a lot of shows.
It was also the first time I performed at award shows with the song. There are a lot of memories with Tu Cheez Badi Hai Mast Mast. There are three things in my life – Khiladi, Mast Mast and Chura Ke Dil Mera, which are the pillars which shaped up my career.”
