Shah Rukh Khan is one actor who loves to excel in his craft. He can go to any lengths to make sure he has done full justice to his role even if that means bruising himself. The actor has been in and out of many surgeries. He has often been seen limping at events.

In the Raees making videos, we have even seen him holding a crutch. He had confirmed during many interviews that he hurt himself during the shooting of this film. His knee is his biggest worry and it seems that has also become a reason for concern for his next film with Aanand L Rai.

The superstar plays a dwarf in the film but he cannot walk on his knees because of his injury. But there is a solution and a costlier one at that.

DNA reported that owing to the condition of his knees, a lot of VFX will be used. The script is in place and work is on to assemble a VFX team which can make it possible. So obviously, the budget will go up. Quoting a source, DNA further reports, “The budget of this film is around Rs 150-160 crore.

It’s also because of the heavy special effects that will be used in the film. Shah Rukh is also trying to get international special effects experts to work with his Red Chillies VFX team for the film.” We know for a fact that they will do a great job since Ra.One had some of the best visual effects we have seen in recent times.

But that also means the film has become pretty costly. In a day and age, where Akshay Kumar is making medium budget films the order of the day, SRK’s film might just change it all.

We just hope at the end, it’s all worth the money!

3 Most dangerous SRK’s accident:

  1. Chennai Express(2013):

In the year 2013, Shah Rukh Khan underwent a shoulder surgery after he was hurt badly while shooting for Rohit Shetty’s ‘Chennai Express’. Though he treated his injury in London, he got it operated in a Mumbai hospital.

2. Koyla(1994):

While shooting a running sequence in Rakesh Roshan’s ‘Koyla’, Shah Rukh Khan hurt his left knee. If you watch the film closely, you will see Shah Rukh running with a duppatta tied around his knee. While you may have thought it was for the film, SRK had actually used co-star Madhuri Dixit’s dupatta to ease the pain.

3. Dil Se… (1998)

He ended up injuring his right toe while shooting for ‘Dil Se…’ in 1998.
